Who you are buying from

The ShubhKaal Store at bytebloom.ai/shubhkaal/store is run by Byte Bloom Innovations Private Limited(“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept these terms, our shipping policy and our returns policy.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or when a cash-on-delivery order is placed. You'll get a confirmation email.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we can't deliver to the address.
• To keep things fair for everyone, you can order at most 10 of any one item per order.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. For cash on delivery, please pay the courier the exact total shown on your order.

The products

Many of our products are natural, so colour, fragrance and size can vary slightly between batches. Please keep camphor, incense, dhoop and diyas away from children and flammable things, and never leave a flame unattended.

No spiritual or medical promises

We sell puja materials. We make no claim that any product will bring a particular spiritual, astrological, health or financial result.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of India. Please write to us first, at contact@bytebloom.ai. Most problems are quicker to fix by email.
