Store privacy notice

This notice covers the online store. The ShubhKaal app has its own privacy policy. The app and the store don't share data with each other.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, so we can deliver and contact you about the order.
• What you ordered, what you paid and the order's delivery status.
• If you sign in, your Google account email or your mobile number, so we can show your orders and remember your address.

We don't collect your card, UPI or bank details. Those go directly to Razorpay.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to take your payment. We pass your name, email and phone to prefill checkout.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners, who need your name, phone and address to deliver the parcel.
• Google Firebase, which stores orders and handles sign-in, and our email provider, which sends order emails.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

On your device

Your cart and a list of orders you placed from this browser are kept in your browser's local storage, so you can find them again. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Saved addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, write to contact@bytebloom.aifrom the email or phone number on the order. We'll reply within 30 days.
