Where we ship

We ship to addresses in India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and the courier companies it works with. Checkout tells you straight away if we can't yet deliver to your pincode, before you pay.

How long it takes

• We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of confirmation (payment received, or a COD order placed).
• Couriers usually deliver in 3–7 working days in most of India. Remote areas can take longer.
• Dispatch can slip around major festivals and in weather or courier disruptions. We'll email you if it does.

Charges

Any shipping fee, the order value above which shipping is free, and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Prices include GST.

Tracking

Your confirmation email has a link to your order page. Once the courier collects the parcel, that page shows the courier name, the AWB number and live tracking.

If delivery fails

Couriers attempt delivery more than once. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we'll contact you. For a prepaid order we can re-ship it (you pay the shipping again) or refund the item value.
