You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and if you are under 18 you may use them only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Services you confirm you meet these requirements and can form a binding agreement.

You're responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate details and let us know promptly at contact@bytebloom.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.

The Services are offered on an early-access basis and are provided “as is” while we build and refine them. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and availability isn't guaranteed. Any early-access or founding-member benefits we choose to offer will be honored as described to you at the time they're offered.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Services or their content except as expressly permitted.
• Infringe others' rights or submit content you don't have the right to share.

Our products use AI to generate responses. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general informational purposes only — they are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career-outcome advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result. Use good judgment and verify anything important before relying on it.

The Services, including our software, design, and content, are owned by ByteBloom and protected by law. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Services. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms.

By joining our waitlist or creating an account, you agree to receive service-related messages and, where you opted in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.

The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Google Firebase, Cloudflare, and Resend) and may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteBloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
