Information you give us. When you join our waitlist we collect your email address. When you create an account we collect your name and email and the credentials you set. When you use our products, we process the content you provide to them (for example, the questions or details you share with an AI product) so the product can respond. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data — such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, and interactions — to keep the Services secure and working well.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To send you transactional messages (such as a welcome or account email) and, if you opted in, occasional product updates.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database (account and waitlist data).
• Cloudflare — hosting, our API, and AI processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and product emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you'll be notified of any such change).

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the Services secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account or waitlist entry is active, and only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to respond quickly if an issue arises.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Every product email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@bytebloom.ai and we'll respond promptly.

Our providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under 18, please use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
